Wanted to give ZERO STARS but it is not allowed!! This is my second order with this company. The first order was very traumatic, endless e mails and phone calls trying to sort out everything. I eventually received the items weeks after I ordered them with the logo slightly off centre and the logo missing on the tie. I called them up about the tie but there was no apology or offer to replace. I accepted it without the logo. Apart from this, the products were excellent and the final embroidery good. 3 months later, I placed a new order with slight changes to the art work. I asked for silver instead of gold and remove one of the words as well as specifying I required a 5cm wide logo and not a 10cm wide logo as on my previous order. Eventually I received an e mail with the embroidery proof showing the logo from my first order. I replied straight away telling them clearly that the old logo should be cancelled from my account and all new logos were to be in the silver colour, with one word underneath and they are were all to be 5cm wide. A couple of days later, a new email arrived with the changes. The proof embroidery was spot on. Silver colour, one word underneath and 5.1cm wide. I said OK, go ahead, confirming again in writing that all logos were to be 5cm wide. 2 weeks later, I got another email asking me to confirm if I was happy with the proof as they were waiting for my reply. I wrote back immediately telling them I had already approved it and please send out the order. Eventually on 1 September, I received the order, Silver colour and one word underneath but an important part of the artwork was completely missing from the centre of the logo. (Despite the colour change, this is the same art work as my previous order and that one had the design in the centre) ALL of them are 10cm across (not 5cm), except the tie, which was surprisingly ok. (Except the centre design being missing). I rechecked the proof that was sent out and it is spot on so I have no idea what is going on. The stitching on several items was loose or missing in places and the backing material has been ripped off looking tatty. I have now written 3 emails and complained on their on line form but the have all been ignored. The only message I've received is from another department with my invoice, with no prices on it............ I give up, I will not be ordering from this company again and would strongly advise anyone considering ordering to read through the many similar complaints before paying any money. This company has good products and when they get it right the embroidery is beautiful but customer service is definitely not their strong point. Get it together WorkWear or you will be just another bust company statistic....
