Well....I was disappointed that you ignored our careful description and mock up photos of our order and therefore the first batch was wrong....and then wouldn't accept a sensible offer for the wrong ones, and then invoiced us for the wrong ones, and only credited us once they had been returned - all this was your fault/lack of quality control - and the subsequent credit notes deducted the cost of delivery - so we had to pay twice for the garments we ordered.. Not exactly top quality service & assistance bearing in mind the efforts we went to explain and design our requirements....
