Artwork proof was good, embroidery on garments sent was poor, characters were not aligned, text was twisted. I made contact with web@WWE and explained my concern. I was offered a collection. Collected 20th Sept. I contacted on 26th Sept to find out if the garments had been received, and received a return note almost by return. 29th Sept a credit note was sent. No explanation. No discussion. I still don't know if you agree that the embroidery was faulty. I had to email again to see what would happen next and I was offered a replacement or refund. It took from 13th Sept to the 11th Oct to get the refund. I won't be buying from Workwear express again.
