I ordered a large amount of clothing on 11th October and was told 5 - 7 working day shipment. I was called on the 7th day to say one item was not in stock and was shocked to learn my order had not even been ordered in yet, never mind branded and sent out to me. I ordered this in plenty of time for a new starter on 23rd, today. After a fair bit of pushing I was told they would rectify this by sending it out for Saturday delivery to a colleagues home as we do not work weekends. Our parcel never arrived after my colleague waiting around on a Saturday for this. I called this morning to find out where it was and was told it had not been shipped yet and no notes had been made for Saturday delivery. I was told I would receive a call back with a resolution and received no call. I called back to chase this and was told it was a very busy day and they had meant to call and the best they can do is send it out tonight and latest delivery will be Wednesday. I asked for some money back as a gesture of good will given the general poor service so far, the fact we were waiting around on a Saturday and that I now have a new member of staff with no uniform and was informed that the manager would not do this. I am really shocked by the service here, and we have had a similar issue previously. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
