Website is broken - ordered custom workwear and to be contacted for a design. Order went through as previous design so was never contacted. I waited to be contacted beyond the 48(?) hour grace period so could not change the order when I realised the mishap.
Once the mistake was realised I contacted customer services who could/would not do anything. Even though the invoice stated I had paid for a new design.
