We have ordered from Workwear previously with no problems, so this was our second purchase as we liked the products. This time we were buying merchandise to give to clients at an open day we were holding on the 9th December. Firstly, we never received an email regarding the artwork, so our order was delayed. Then, when we did sort the artwork out, it almost went through as print instead of embroidery. Again, this caused a delay. After conversations back and forth, the workwear was approved and due to be delivered on 8th December, which was already later than anticipated as per your lead times. When it didn't arrive, we spoke to someone in customer services who assured us it would be delivered on Saturday, in time for our open day. However, nothing arrived until 12th December, as it was still being embroidered on the 9th so wouldn't have been ready for dispatch anyway. So not only was it delivered later than promised, we were made promises that couldn't be kept and ended up without the items we had promised our customers, which was an embarrassment to the company.
That being said, we haven't had problems before and the products have been a very good quality both times, so we would consider ordering again. Hopefully with better service!
