I wanted a logo on the left breast and website on the back of my Items. polo shirts came correct but Jackets and fleeces had the logo embroidered both front and back with no website.
I checked that the approval they sent me was correct and it was. I emailed them with photos and asked what can be done. after not hearing anything for two days I called to see what was happening. I was told someone would call me the next day. The next day someone emailed me asking when they could arrange DPD to collect them. That was all. Not saying if the correct items will be done asap or anything. I said they could pick it up the following Monday. As it stands at the moment I have not received verification if this is happening, even though I have emailed to ask, or had any reply as to how they are sorting out the issue.
They have appalling customer service. They should be sorting this out as quickly as possible for me, but they don't seem to care. Use someone else.
