I have ordered custom company embroidered garments a few times from this company & each time the communication & service overall was poor, the most recent order was incorrect & their fault so I clearly asked for a refund but was sent replacement items instead!!
Their embroidery work & prices are average, but overall not a professional company/team with poor customer service.
