We want to purchase approx. 200 3-in-1 jackets from you. Originally we had reasonably good service from you when ordering two sample jackets so that we could choose which one we wanted.
Our payment policy is that we pay after receipt of goods, yours is that you supply after payment of invoice. The option was to open a trade account. We completed the form, sent it off to sales as per the email address on your website, heard nothing. I then contacted you by phone asking where we were with it, only to find out it should have gone to accounts. It was not forwarded by you accounts team, no-one informed me that it should have gone elsewhere
I now hear that our trade account has been turned down
We will need to find an alternate supplier
