I have ordered lots of things with the usually very good Workwear Express over the years but it was my recent purchase experience that has caused this low rating. I ordered £120 of high vis clothing over two weeks ago and the order has yet to turn up. I was left waiting for 15 minutes on the customer service line only to eventually give up, and my email marked Urgent took over 24 hours to get a respond. They said they would send the order out the next day and I got an email from DPD confirming the next day delivery but for a second time, nothing arrived. I've only now been able to speak to a staff member after I called for sales and got transferred. I know the problem is DPD and when I finally got to speak to someone at Workwear Express they were professional and helpful, but the order was for a theatre show and the delay has had a significant impact on the production and my time and as a result I am very unhappy with DPD and the access to customer service Workwear Express has provided. I should not have to contact you three times in order to recieve my kit.
