Misleading information on the website to suggest 'Express' delivery, but didn't discover until order stage that the order wouldn't be dispatched until at least 8 days following the order.
Courier (DPD) advised on delivery date but as nothing arrived, I contacted to speak to an advisor who was rude and couldn't give me any other advice other than 'it probably went out today'. Pretty much hung up on me. Have had much, much better service from competitors who I will be returning to.
