Poor customer service. Poor comm’s. Placed a note on my order to be told there was no note added & incorrect colours used on the design.
This was WW Express’ 2nd chance with us. The first attempt was a jacket ordered as per the website size guidelines which when arrived, turned out to be labelled correctly, but at least 2 sizes too big. Then we were told it was within tolerances & sent back to us.
