If you are a new customer they move heaven and earth for you. But once they have you under their spell by Christ they do the complete opposite. The first order I placed was very good and so I placed a 2nd order but this time just for some tester garments. I returned these but a simple refund took 2 weeks from the time they had the goods back (uniform size tester) at their depot. I did place a 3rd order and when it arrived the standard of the embroidery was nothing short of embarrassing, the writing was not straight and the standard of the embroidery work was shocking. The order was sent back. After a week of them receiving the items, I felt I had to telephone them to find out whats happening as I (the customer) was not being informed etc. When I telephoned and complained as to whats happening with my order that I returned. I was pushed to this person and then that department and this went on for a further 2 weeks. In the end, I had had enough of and cancelled my order. I had to wait 4 days for my money to be paid back into my account. (The free delivery system they use takes about a week to get back to the depot). A real shame that a number of people working for this company do not know how to deal with problems. They rather fob you off or/and keep you waiting.
