Despite several requests to different people, and their assurances that it would be sorted, you sent delivery notes and invoices to an old contact you had on file. This man now has nothing to do with us, and you put me it a very difficult position by getting him involved. Extremely poor customer service.
Unfortunately you also couldn't do the embroidery I needed, so overall a terrible experience and I will not be using you again.
