I was worried that with doing it online, I wouldn't be able to speak to anyone about my order, but I was able to speak to customer services and artwork departments on the phone to resolve my queries. Once the artwork was approved, the embroidered items arrived 4 days later. I was kept up dated via email on the progress every step of the way. The clothing is good quality and the embroidered logos look great. I'm really happy with the result and would recommend Workwear Express for personalised work wear!
