Delivered product medium turned out be an extra small even though it said medium on label
When I called to mention above I was told to order a sample before they embroider.
No where does it say that on the website.
I also didn’t receive a proof print before they sent order even though they said they would email me a proof copy before embroidery.
Not happy now I have to wait for their quality control to inspect in the meantime I have no workwear
