What an excellent company to deal with - I am very impressed with the level of service and the care they provide. I purchased a tent and lights online and phoned up to ask for help - they were brilliant and incredibly helpful. The lights arrived very quickly, but no tent. I left it a few days, then phoned up to ask what was happening with the tent (as the delivery tracker just said 'part delivered'). They contacted the delivery company and re-booked it for a next day delivery. However, it didn't arrive on that day, so I phoned again - I was met with genuine empathy and understanding. They went out of their way to take ownership for the issue and to get it resolved. They were very honest about what the delivery company had said to them (they'd lost it), but was very proactive about what they were going to do to resolve this. They remained empathetic at all times and understood how I was feeling and strived to get it sorted as soon as possible. Overall, the level of service was amazing - they took ownership of the issue, even though it was the delivery company at fault. They kept me fully informed at all times and always phoned back when they said they would. I highly recommend World of Camping - they shone bright when something went wrong - really showing their level of care and customer service. I would happily use them again.
