Fantastic service! (plus good prices and an easy website) I ordered a windbreak but needed it in time for the weekend so I paid the additional postage for first class (as opposed to the normal free postage). Within a couple of hours I was informed that it was registered with the couriers and had a tracking number, which allowed me to spot that the couriers had collected it a few hours later. But there was a delay with the couriers and it didn't actually arrive within 24 hours but 48. Absolutely no fault of World Of Camping and entirely down to the couriers. I used the excellent online chat (no delays) to just note to World Of Camping that the courier had failed to meet their service agreement but it was no problem. as it still arrived (just) in time. I don't think the chat session had closed before the postage refund was back in my Paypal account, despite the fact I'd not actually asked for it! Great service, the item was well packed and of course exactly what I was expecting.
