Although the Outwell Arbeam tent we ordered and paid for, took longer to be delivered than 1st thought, not World of Camping fault, Outwell recalled the tent, they kept us informed , offered us a good alternative which we turned down as we like Outwell, once the tent was in stock with them, we received it as promise the next day. Thank you World of Camping fab customer service and no false expectations ☺
