Purchased this cool box to replace our old box we used to travel to and from our seasonal tourer, it arrived in two days of placing order in perfect condition, the fan is very noisy compared to our previous box, we experienced no problems with the power cables fitting tightly in their slots very happy with this product and the service of world of camping would recommend both
