Fantastic customer service. Delayed delivery due to current lockdown, however customer services chased, were very helpful and the chairs arrived a few days later. Chairs are excellent, robust and very comfy. Advice for other customers: if you are slight in frame or small in stature these chairs are a good fit also! There are XL chairs on the website but I think they would be too big for the smaller person.
The removable head rest which can be used for lumbar support as well is ideal and very useful! A very happy customer. I would recommend these chairs!!
