Helpful lady in customer services with initial enquiry. Order was delivered by DHL who claimed to have got my signature for the goods. Completely untrue. I was at home but DHL never rang the doorbell and dumped the packages in my driveway. One of the boxes was ripped and therefore contents scratched. I notified DHL but they have so far ignored my feedback. The packaging on these chairs is inadequate anyway. Just a thin polythene bag and thin cardboard box. Items as expensive as this should have some form of padding. Bound to be damaged by careless couriers or bad handling in despatch department.
