I ordered a tent (air Beam) but when it arrived it was far to big and heavy for one lady and her daughter. I could not move it. I phoned James on Customer Services and he was excellent. Not only did he recommend a lighter suitable tent but arranged pick up of the big one and is sending the lighter one out to me. I am very impressed. Excellent service. Thank you
