I ordered from them after a purchase from another company was cancelled and I was looking for a quick delivery. The item arrived 2 days later, I emailed them about dropping package in conservatory if I'm out and they responded pdq. I was in when it arrived and amazed it was so quick! Put it up by myself on trip, knew it would be difficult as on my own, but once I got the gist of it, it went up pretty easy and looked just like the image on their website and description. It's been a lovely addition to my campervan and I am very pleased with the true description, prompt delivery and excellent communications! I emailed to say thank you and got a positive response too.
