I ordered a Vango Hogan Hub from this company and delivery was really quick. Unfortunately it was far too big for our purposes and I contacted regarding a refund. The customer service was really good and a refund was agreed. I then found an Outdoor Revolution Cayman Pursuit Shelter on their site and enquired about an exchange instead. This was arranged really quickly and arrived by next day delivery with the Vango collected from me at the same time. We have put up the Cayman and it is just what we are looking for.
