Delayed delivery and had to chase to find out what was going on and when it will actually be delivered.
No delivery updates from company or courier just a random turn up out of the blue! Really!
And no response from World of Watering when emailed.
Bad Customer Service.
Ultimately delaying the essential job of watering the plants regularly!
A real shame that a usually good company can be suddenly the complete opposite!
Use different courier company! APC are not good for your buisness nor is your lack of response.
