I created an account in order to support an orphan in Kenya. I followed all their rules. Sent a transaction and got a transaction number. One thing I did NOT do was let them store any of my payment information. A few minutes later I got a notice that my transaction was cancelled and my account was closed. When I called them about it they refused to tell me why. I did not break any of the regulations about sending money to Kenya. I would not recommend anyone use their service. They are at best a waste of time, and at worst you could lose money as many others have stated happened to them. Fortunately I was able to recover all my money (I think)
