extra charge after paying (that was not the international shipping, this was an additional charge to my order, which had not yet been placed ), took over a day for them to even send the charge after i responded okaying it, and then for no reason took multiple business days before my order was actually placed, by which point the main part of the order had already sold out. reached out to customer service and they entirely misunderstood my issue and assumed i was upset about shipping times (i was not. i was fully aware of how shipping works. i was upset at the order literally not being placed for nearly a week after i had paid for it), did not respond to my clarification. terrible service, i will use literally any other option from here on. save your money and use one of the countless other services that don't wait a week to actually place your order
