Still getting the hang of it, but will share my observations up until today. For the 2 weeks I'm counted as their client I have met a strong team that takes care of its traders to the next level. They are trained to fast response and each one I've talked to is an expert in his area. All the bureaucratic/technical procedures went like clockwork. The initial deposit required is pretty low; it maybe reflects a bit in the commissions/fees, but not that much so it becomes a deal breaker. Overall a good trading platform with decent asset selection., definitely recommend.
