Expensive pieces of plastic, not fit for purpose. I bought it as a better way of dealing with pet faeces. Apparently the company don’t sell them anymore. Even though it’s still all splashed all over the website and there’s a guide too. Worms don’t like the expensive plastic and either escape or die. Customer service was absolutely appalling. The telephone number on their literature is wrong. An enterprise building. They did give me the right number. The company’s response was it was my fault as I bought it for the wrong purpose because they don’t sell them for that anymore. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Tell the website that. Appalling. Would not recommend any of it.
