I've gotten two of their 303.1 corded electric chainsaws and I love them! They're rugged, simple, the safest I've personally ever used with the locking guard that you must disengage to operate, powerful, and lightweight. Everything I could ask for in such a saw.
However, the ones I got both quit working all of a sudden. The first when I was cutting some small branches, the second sat for a little over a month after I'd used it for about an hour. I went to start it and nothing. Nada.
Worx Customer Service is EXCELLENT. No Joke. Both times the reps were Professional, Understanding, and they LISTENED. Both reps get Top Marks in my book for that! Unfortunately I couldn't tell you the name of the first rep, but cheers to them for helping me then!
The one I just got off the phone with, Kareemah, was Wonderful! After a couple diagnostic questions and attempts to get the saw started, and failing, she figured my issue was actually a recall on the 303.1 models that she was unaware of and would talk to her team about the issue. In the meantime, she fast-tracked a new 304.1 replacement my way doing a full warranty replacement! Thanks Kareemah!!! And Thank You to Worx for standing by your product and having such great Customer Service people! I give Worx a 10/10 for quality and customer service excellence!
