I have to say just like other WORX products I was skeptical, But I’ve had my ORIGINAL WORX weed-eater AND BATTERY now since 2007 still running strong! And now this, the works 10 foot pole saw/chainsaw. I’m very disappointed in this product! Only disappointed in the fact that I didn’t have it earlier in my life. Things would’ve been a lot easier and like the weedeater/edger/trimmer this thing is the “ CATS MEOW 😻 “ I don’t know how anybody is un happy with this saw ( if it works correctly) is the best tools I’ve used since I bought my ORIGINAL WORX trimmer in again 2007 thank you again honey! ALWAYS REMEMBER “NOTHING WORKS LIKE WORX”
