Not happy. Just trying to talk with someone to reorder Free Lifetime weed trimmer spools as have done in the past. Every attempt has ended up at online chat. They want me to "chat" wit Howli for a reimbursement $1.00. Howli is supposed to direct to whoever. WHOEVER THOUHT I SHOULD EVEN PAY ONE PENNY FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, REIMBURSABLE OR NOT! I just wanted to simply get a customer service phone number. I am moving to new house and will be needing more equipment but not WORX.
