Customer service had a rep who seemed clueless about my request to use one of my WORX 🥉20volt batteries to power auxiliary ZLED LIGHTS MOUNTED ON MY SNOWBLOWER. She kept asking questions about the lights , Zi told her they were standard lights that worked from 12 to whatever range. Again all Zi was looking for was a docking station to hold the battery to provide power to the lights . She kept saying no one has ever asked for that before. Can’t think out of the box , not suited for customer service!
