Ordered a stubby seal and baby wosh from them in November 2020, had to send several emails after receiving no shipping number or confirmation for several weeks, and finally got the stubby seal in December, which was horrible quality and very cheaply made despite costing $40. Emailed again to enquire after my baby wosh and finally got another shipping number in January 2021. The package arrived late Feb 2021 and was not my baby wosh but another stubby seal, even worse quality than the first one. They are horribly overpriced, have terrible customer service and are extremely low quality.
