I don't really want to complain about the product itself. The plush is of OK quality and is accurately described on the ad. My daughter is playing with it and she seems happy. But the delivery... I bought it 7 weeks ago and reached out after a couple of weeks since I had received no email confirmation. Olivia, from customer service, nicely told me that the company was being acquired and that they needed some extra time to solve some logistics problem. Also, I understand that with Corona, the whole global shipping was slowed down but I find it inadmissible to wait for so long. As a mum of a 6 years old I got to sort things out quickly and as a customer I would expect the same from a brand like Wosh...
