I couldn't rate these folks highly enough, customer service is exceptional. I've used them for purchases of weber bbq slow n sear equipment and just recently they helped me out with a warranty claim on a sns original that I bought 8 years ago from a retailer no longer trading. I contacted the US SnS Grills company who state a 10 year warranty and they reached out to WOW magnificent BBQ, did them a favour and shipped me a brand new unit. Cheers folks, great service deserves a shout out! 👍🔥
