I have opened an account with this gorgeous product company after winning a gift voucher through a craft blog. At first, my order sat there not being looked at. In the end, I contacted the company by email. They answered promptly and said their system got confused with the gift code and they would send out the goods as promptly as possible. They emailed me and told me they had dealt with my order and sent it next day delivery. Unfortunately, because of the Royal Mail strike, it took six days to get here. This is not Wowvows fault they did everything they could after finding out the problem on their end. The goods were beautiful, worth waiting for.
