I bought 3 of them. Received them in a short time which was good but the first one I opened didn't work. The other two did work but was no louder than my phone. It did not give greater volume. The equipment itself is really poor quality. I bought them as gifts for my grandchildren but there is no way I can give this to them - it's that bad. I'm going to ask for a refund. I hope that is going to be a better experience.
