Package didn't arrive in the 3-4 days estimate. After a week, I called, and operative said 'I'll look into it and call you back if I can find anything out'. I had to push to get her to acknowledge that a call back was essential and to give me a timeframe. After several minutes on the phone, she acknowledged that there was no guarantee the items would get to me before Christmas. I cancelled the order and am now waiting for the refund. We shall see. But obviously disappointed that the presents ordered for my nephew and nieces have had to be changed at the last minute to vouchers in order to get in the post in time. All in all, rubbish and will not be using wowzr again, nor would I recommend it. Quite the opposite, in fact.
