Katya Tsihotska my support agent was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! As an east coaster living on the west coast...I do all my work in the middle of the night...having a live support team is priceless. I began programming my own sites back in the late 80's early 90's...before heading off to corporate america and hiring staffs to do this type of work. I highly recommend WPMU DEV...especially for corporate clients! Your staff needs this type of depth as part of your DEV team.
