I got support from Patrick Cohen today. I had an issue with a plugin which was not performing and this had to do with the settings of the hummingbird plugin (I figured it had something to do with the jQuery settings). However I am not that familiar with the Hummingbird plugin yet. Patrick explained where I could find the settings that might be causing the problems. When that didn't seem to work he took control of the website through the access I gave him. Within 5 minutes he had fixed the issue for me (empty the cache from the asset optimization would do the trick), something that would have taken me hours to figure out on my own (also the support from the plugin with the issue replies to submitted tickets only after a day, so Patrick fixed a problem within minutes, which otherwise would have taken hours or even days). Very happy with the support I got!
