My ~30 year old B&D roller doors were getting tired. The motors hesitated and didn’t want to do the job so I contacted WR. Their techo came out to do a service, then recommended both motors be update. I took their advice and I am 100% happy with the final job. The service from the office staff is excellent. Communications were top notch and while I didn’t meet any of the people involved my inspection after the job was done had me smiling widely. The doors operate beautifully. I wouldn’t hesitate to have WR back to service the s again when they are due. Such a fantastic business to deal with. Thank you Jessica & Elizabeth and while I don’t know the tech’s names. They also did an outstanding job. Very happy customer !!!!
