I just won't go anywhere else. Dealt with another unnamed company who said I needed a new garage door. Never responded to my requests for quotes, nor did they get back to me. Rang WR, phone answered straight away, serviceman was around 2 days later at the appointed time, fixed my door, said I didn't need a new garage door and haven't had a problem since. Will go to WR when I need a new door. Service was exelempary.
