Communication was excellent and I was expecting to have to wait several weeks for assistance but was happy to get someone out to fix the problem the next day. The service man arrived on time and was very competent. The problem was solved and we now have an operating garage door with keys. Thank you for your help and I know who to contact should this happen again.
