Recently had a garage door installed by WR Engineering after being led up the garden path by another garage supplier/ installer. After having had used WR for other jobs over the years I should have gone with them in the first place and saved my money and being mucked around by the other clowns. Booking was straightforward with regular updates on the installation date. Installation was simple and quick - 3 hours to remove the old door and replace it with the new one. The new B&D door is almost silent. Probably the only disappointing aspect was the person that came out to measure. I asked him about indicative cost. His estimate was way, way below the emailed quote. Moral of the story here, rely on the written quote only, not a verbal guesstimate. To their credit, WR reduced the quote slightly after I expressed shock at the widely disparate figures I had been quoted.
