I made a booking for the annual service of my garage door and was booked at the end of the day. Unfortunately, Mark was having a series of unexpectantly long jobs leading up to my job. However, Mark rang me several times to make sure that a later arrival was convenient and to keep me up to date on the revised ETA. When Mark was able to get here, he efficiently performed the annual service of our garage door. Despite the hour, the service was not rushed and Mark gave me several tips on how to get the best from the door. I appreciated both the quality of the service and the communication skills of the WR staff. Well done.
