I have a disability which affects my speech and mobility. I try to get the garage door serviced every year but forget earlier in 2023. In mid-December around 16 December, the garage door controller started flashing and beeping. I contacted WR Engineering using the online contact form and they responded advising the earliest appointment for service would be in the New Year. After realising my challenges and that should the door stop working over Christmas it would be a lot of trouble for me, they kindly made adjustments to their scheduling and booked a service for 21 December. The service was quick and efficient while the engineer was courteous and helpful in spite of my disabilities. This was excellent service overall at a fair price and thank you for such a great job all around. The standard offered to me is one all trades should aim for in Canberra and all of Australia.
