Recently, by accidently backing a vehicle against my not fully open panel lift garage door, I disloged a roller wheel out of the track so the door would not go up nor down. I contacted WR Engineering and a technician arrived at my home the following morning at 7:30 am and had the problem resolved and door serviced in less than an hour.
