From start to finish Wren was excellent. The planning process went really well - they were not happy until we were happy. Upon ordering we got loads of offers presented to us; discounts they had on at the time and even price matched to major retailers (online and in store) for the white goods. I thought I was quite demanding at this stage, but it was all no problem for Jake who dealt with our queries. Delivery was equally as smooth. The delivery drivers brought it all in and it was all well packaged. We had a couple of small issues that were very quickly sorted with a quick phone call. The customer service number had no wait time whatsoever - the first time I've experienced this for a big company. Very friendly and efficient service here too. The quality of the final product is great, we are so pleased with our new kitchen.
